“The pleasures of the table — that lovely old-fashioned phrase — depict food as an art form, as a delightful part of civilized life. In spite of food fads, fitness programs, and health concerns, we must never lose sight of a beautifully conceived meal.” - Julia Child

How many times have you come from work, whipped from a long day only to realize that you haven’t thought at all about dinner? Do you go to the grocery store full of good intentions on the weekend, only to find fruit and vegetables rotting in the refrigerator because you didn’t have time to turn on the oven all week? Do you find yourself spending a lot of time and money eating out? Have you counted up all those take out receipts and winced? Are you trying to eat more whole foods, fish, vegetables, and grains, but just don’t have the time to cook for yourself each night?

You can eat well at home.

I craft fresh, handmade meals using local, organic and seasonal ingredients for people who like to eat well but don’t have a lot of time to be in the kitchen, filling their freezer and fridge with a week’s or so worth of meals for them to enjoy when they want. My food is food with soul, without chemicals or preservatives, made specifically to your tastes.

Now accepting a limited number of clients. Serving the greater Winston-Salem, NC area.
